Soap Box Soaps Great for Gift Baskets

I, Brandy, received a sample in exchange for a honest an unbiased review.

SoapBox Soaps recently came out with a couple new shampoos and conditioners. We received a 16 oz bottle of their new Tea Tree Clean & Purify Shampoo and Tea Tree Clean & Purify Conditioner for a review.

Upon receiving my shampoo and conditioner, I decided it's a great day to give my head a good scrub to try out my new stuff. As soon as you open the bottles you can smell the tea tree, which is a very nice smell. I used about a quarter-sized amount of shampoo in the palm of my hand to soap up my hair. I used a little bit more than that of the conditioner because I have waist length hair. I should mention that these shampoos are not as sudsy as others but that doesn't take away from how well they work, how great they nourish the hair.

My hair came out soft shiny and smelling great. My daughter has also been using it and loving it. She's had issues with dandruff for a few years now. Since using the new Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner from Soap Box Soaps she has seen a rapid improvement. This is a great shampoo and conditioner!

The company’s wide range of soaps, are Non-GMO, Vegan, Certified B Corp, EDTA Free, gluten-free, sulfate free, paraben free, and petrochemical free. In addition they use 100% recyclable materials that are made in the USA.

SoapBox Soaps has a “buy one, they give one”. What this means is that with every product purchased, SoapBox Soaps donates 1 month of clean water. Each product has a code on the packaging, and if you go to the website and enter the code you can see what and where your “buy one, they give one” product went.

Founded in 2010, SoapBox Soaps has a simple mission: to empower people to change the world through everyday, quality purchases. Their founder, David Simnick, made their first batch of soap in his college apartment kitchen while still at American University. Six years later their products are in retailers across the nation and over one million donations have been made!

  1. These sound nice. They would be nice to give (or receive) as a gift as part of a gift basket or stocking stuffer.

  2. I agree this would bea nice addition for a gift basket. I make up baskets with different products for my nieces (the older ones) and like to include homemade soaps, and things like this. These are items they would have never tried. It is always fun to get things like this.

  3. I like the fact that the products are chemical free and that they use recyclable materials. For what I understood from your review is that these products help your hair, other people to get clean water and ultimately, the Earth. Thumbs up products, to me!

  9. I would love to try these products. Seems like it's a "clean" shampoo and I've often wondered if my itchy scalp is related to chemicals in my hair products.

  10. I love gifts like that. A couiple years ago I started a big box for everyone. Each month from July on I put things in it like Charmin 24 ok. Tide laundry soap. Paper towels, shampoo and conditioner and deodorant. The older family seems to like it but I don't dare do that to the younger kids lol
