ReplyDeleteI quit smoking in 2011 after 10 years and in 2012 I started running. I went from not being able to run 1/4 mile to running 10.3 miles without any walk-breaks.

Over the last year I have done a lot of research and slowly incorporated changes in my families food choices. We drink only organic milk with no added hormones, buy organic and local produce when we can, and have recently changed out our normal (corn syrup and artificial flavor laden) maple syrup with natural 100% maple syrup. Progress is progress :) I'm learning how to make homemade bread so we can eventually add that to the list of healthier food items we eat.

I bought a Nutri Blast blender, I have been make drinks with spinach, fruits and nuts, it makes a smooth drink and tastes good.
