Why I enjoy quotes and quotes I enjoy

I really enjoy some quotes, yet others I dread seeing. They are usually the ones telling me to get moving or quit feeling sorry for myself and get over it. I need those. Others are motivational yet some are inspirational. Giving positive advice on life, love and even death. Some bring reality while others show us history! Here are a few in no order what so ever!

"I fear the day that technology will surpass our human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots" Albert Einstein

"You have enemies? Good. That means you have stood up for something in your life" Winston Churchill

“The man who stops advertising to save money is like the man who stops the clock to save time.” Thomas Jefferson

“The consumer isn't a moron; she is your wife. You insult her intelligence if you assume that a mere slogan and a few vapid adjectives will persuade her to buy anything.” David Ogilvy (1911-1999), known as “The Father of Advertising”

“The most important thing is a hungry market not a brilliant burger.” Gary Halbert (1938-2007), “The Prince of Print”

Laughter removes all barriers. When people are laughing together, there are no age differences, no racial barriers, and no economic distinctions. It is just people enjoying their existence. Bruce Bickel and Stand Jantz

"I do not think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday." ― Abraham Lincoln

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~Mark Twain

"Disappointment is really just a term for our refusal to look on the bright side." ― Richelle E. Goodrich

"Fear is the main source of superstition, and one of the main sources of cruelty. To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom."- Bertrand Russell

"Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I'm possible" - Audrey Hepburn

"If you want to change who you are, begin by changing the size of your dream. Even if you are broke, it does not cost you anything to dream of being rich. Many poor people are poor because they have given up on dreaming. - Robert Kiyosaki

"There is only one way to avoid criticism: Do nothing, Say nothing and Be nothing." - Aristotle
