Geosafari Jr. Kidnoculars are the
cutest little binoculars, designed specifically for little
kids,and manufactured at Educational Insights.
Educational Insights manufactures
playful products and games with a serious educational
value. Located in Southern California, seasoned educators
and parents design the playful products knowing that
learning should be made fun first and foremost.
They manufacture classroom products that are subject
specific, teacher resources, and educational games
and toys.
The kidnoculars are perfectly
fit goggles with placement guide to enable children,
and even our toddler to see up close. The enlarged
eye pieces are focus free and more than three
times the size of ordinary binoculars.
As small children often get
frustrated with toys that have moving parts, the
kidnoculars have no knobs or moving. The front
and the backs were made with soft edging, so
any knocks in the head wont be made with hard
plastic..as we all know how kids play sometimes.
The eye viewers are large and anyone big or
small can see out of them perfectly.
The inventor of these
fantastic binoculars is Nancy Baltor. Nancy is a
former science teacher. She panicked when her son
was unable to close one eye or focus enough to see
the animals in his toy camera. She imagined that he
would have lots if trouble with binoculars. Binoculars
are her favorite scientific tools to use. Nancy consulted
with physicist to modify the lenses so her son could see
out of them-she succeeded in creating a pair with enlarged
eye pieces, kid proof placement guide and focus free
viewing. Eric is now able to see up close in his mom made
binoculars.
Our kids love the binoculars,we
decided the best way to put them to test was at the zoo.
They loved that they could see the animals up close,
they were more interested in knowing more things
about the animals. The kidnoculars keep the kids
engaged for a good long time no matter when
their playing with them.
