ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of St. Patrick's Day is corned beef and cabbage! We also love Irish soda bread at our house and used to make it just around St. Patty's Day, but lately have been eating it year-round. My maternal grandmother, who passed away when I was just three months old, so I never knew her, was mostly Irish.
