Saint Valentine's Love Is Red

February is commonly known as the month of love, where we celebrate the life of Saint Valentine who is the patron of love, young
people and happy marriage. In the spirit of love I'd like to post this awesome review and giveaway. As a single parent Valentine's Day is a fun holiday giving my kids cards and sweets. When they were younger I'd make heart shaped pancakes and add some red food coloring to make pink hearts. It is still a fun holiday, even if there isn't a romantic meaning for us. I've done this since they were little and it is just a small something, tokens of love and gratitude.
For this review I received this gorgeous Princess Rose Dome with a 'love' bracelet and a perfume gift card by K Home. It is a perfect gift for a daughter, mom or grandma. It reminds me of Beauty and the Beast.

My husband has always been romantic when I least expect it! He loves getting me presents and wrapping them up so I can’t guess what they are.
ReplyDeleteI guess the only romantic thing someone has done for me is send me flowers,a card, and a cake for valentines day.
ReplyDeleteMy husband booked a professional photo shoot for my kids and presented the photos to me for my birthday last year. It was such a thoughtful gift.
ReplyDeleteA beach picnic.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the most romantic thing someone has ever done for you?
ReplyDeleteBefore my hubby and I were dating, we went out with a group of people from work one Valentine's day. He was crushing on me and had bought me a white rose. He was too chicken to give it to me so he left it in his truck. Being February in Wisconsin, it froze of course. He ended up giving me a ride home that night and did end up giving me the rose. We've been married for almost 20 years and every Valentine's Day, I get a dozen red roses with one frozen white rose. That's romantic!!
The most romantic thing that has ever been done was a date to see the sunrise and the sunset on the beach. It started with a 3 a.m. car ride to Daytona to see the sun rise over the Atlantic. After a few hours of enjoying the water and city I had never explored, we left to hit the road again. We finished the night watching the sunset with the Ding-Dong Sunset at Pass-a-Grille. It was a magical experience.
ReplyDeleteI would love to this prize to give to my sister who was recently married. Her room is Beauty and the Beast themed and she is just missing the glowing rose.
One year i was surprised with a candle lit dinner!
ReplyDeleteThe day I got engaged was the most romantic day that has ever happened to me
